Home Builders Will Build Again

The last few months have seen some downright awful housing numbers cross trader’s screens. Housing stocks lead the market to the downside during the most recent downtrend from May through early July. YCharts reviews some of the more important fundamental numbers you should be looking at when it comes to the homebuilders. They note that although the recent data may point to a further drop in housing and homebuilder revenue, the good reserve of cash on hand which most of these companies possess is a good sign longer term.
